to serve one client’s needs. Today, that client
remains, and our roster has expanded to include
more than 50 diverse clients. Kevin J. LaGraize,
a founding partner, brings more than 43 years of
hands-on experience in the shipping business. This
experience, along with the expertise and dedication
of the staff, is the cornerstone of Southport’s
success. In 2023, Southport’s ownership transferred
to Kevin J. LaGraize, Jr, keeping the company in the
family for future generations. Kevin J. LaGraize, Jr,
with more than twenty-five years’ experience in bulk
commodity import & export business, and Michael T.
Conaway, with over twenty seven years in the agency
business, enables Southport to remain successful for
the foreseeable future.
